What is Family Fusion 2022?
The continuation of a tradition designed to select one week out of the year where all family members can gather for an enjoyable experience that creates new memories.
Why Cuba?
Because most family members have not been to Cuba, and every year we want to select a place where most people have not been. That way, we will build family memories together, from experiences all over the world.
When is it?
July 11th – 16th, 2022 (6 days)
What’s the plan for hotel accommodations?
We’ll rent a 10-bedroom chateau (fancy word for house) that will sleep 20 – 24 people. The size of the house will vary according to the number of persons who are confirmed.
What will I do there?
In addition to enjoying each other’s company during karaoke, card games, and other forms of entertainment, we will take tours of Cuba (historical sites, etc.), and visit local restaurants.
What is the cost?
$1,000.00 (per person). This rate does not include airfare, which can range between $350.00 – $500.00 depending on one’s original point of travel. The $1000.00 rate includes the following:
$450.00 (house rental)
$200.00 (food, including one evening at a fine restaurant)
$135.00 (chef and maid services)
$150.00 (local tours)
$15.00 (event T-shirt)
$50.00 (incidentals)
Who do I pay?

What is the payment plan and when does it begin?
Your credit/debit card will be billed $100.00 for ten consecutive months, on the same day the 1st payment was made. (September 2021 through June 2022).
You will also have the option to make a one-time payment for
the full amount, which must be exercised on September 1 st .
Where will my monthly payments be kept?
All monies will be kept in a separate and secured bank account in the United States. If the family changes its mind before buying airline tickets, the money will be refunded to the credit or debit card.
What about refunds?
All monies (100%) can be refunded before they are used for house rental reservations and other relevant purchases. However, the initial $50.00 payment will not be refunded as it is being used for administrative costs.
