A 4-WEEK ONLINE GROUP THERAPY EXPERIENCE FOR SINGLES
FROM Me to We
A 4-Week Psychotherapy Group for Singles Seeking Meaningful Relationships
Are you ready to move beyond casual connections and cultivate a healthy, lasting relationship that can grow toward marriage?
From Me to We is an engaging and supportive 4-week closed group psychotherapy program designed for singles who are serious about building strong foundations for love and partnership.
Led by Psychologist Dr. Sam Heastie, this transformative series will help you explore, reflect, and gain practical skills to create, nurture, and grow a relationship that aligns with your values and relationship goals.
What to Expect
This 4-part series will first explore the Four-Dimensional Love (4-D Love) model, which explains how romantic relationships tend to form and fail. 4-D Love will show how to identify where a person is in their love journey, and what they need to do to have a happy love life (sessions 1 – 3).
Second, the series will explain men’s and women’s similarities and differences in romantic love relationships and examine if such similarities and differences help or hinder a relationship, and how to use such knowledge (session 4).
WEEK 1: FOUR-DIMENSIONAL LOVE (Part:1)
This session introduces the four-dimensional love model. It explains the roles visual and physical attraction play in forming a new romantic relationship and how a couple can use attraction to lay a healthy foundation for a unique and rewarding experience in a journey together.
WEEK 2: FOUR-DIMENSIONAL LOVE (Part:2)
This session describes the first and second dimensions of the four-dimensional love model. It explains what men and women tend to look for in romantic relationships and what they are often prepared to do to have their needs, wants, and desires met. The session demonstrates what compromise looks like and what it means for the long-term well-being of the relationship.
WEEK 3: FOUR-DIMENSIONAL LOVE (Part:3)
This session describes the third and fourth dimensions of the four-dimensional love model. It explains how and why the relationship moves from the first and second dimensions to the third and fourth, and what benefits await at the higher levels of love.
WEEK 4: MALE & FEMALE – SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES IN LOVE
This session explains how men and women are similar and different as related to love. It discusses what role opposites play in a romantic relationship and how such knowledge can fuel the way forward for a lifetime of happiness.
