Be advised that while we will do our best to ensure that the retreat provides a valuable experience for all participants, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The information provided during this retreat is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. Participants are solely responsible for any actions they may take based on the information presented during the retreat.

The organizers and facilitators of this retreat do not assume any liability or responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the use or application of the information presented during the retreat. Participation in this retreat is voluntary. We strongly recommend that attendees approach the retreat with an open mind and a willingness to actively engage in activities and discussions.

To reserve your spot at the retreat, a deposit is required at the time of registration. Please be advised that this deposit is non-refundable after April 15th, 2023. If you need to cancel your reservation prior to April 15th, 2023, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation after April 15th, 2023. In such cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund of your deposit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee any refunds after this date.

Please also note that any travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare and lodging, are the responsibility of the participant and will not be reimbursed in the event of a cancellation. We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
